TEAM provides your inspection services solution. We have the expertise to solve your most demanding dimensional measurement requirements including 3D inspection (Video Gage, CMM, etc) to the measurement standards ASME B89.

TEAM's Metrology Lab

A variety of skills lets TEAM support all aspects of quality services to meet your individual needs including:

• Visual inspection
• Computer driven coordinate measurements
• SQC tools implementation

If we cannot inspect a feature directly from a part, we mold it. We commonly provide first articles and dimensional inspections. For cost savings we use 3D models for most CMM inspection. TEAM offers both long-term inspection processes and research and development projects that span from six months to many years. TEAM is committed to tackling the most challenging metrology problems with short turnaround.

We issue a certificate of conformance, an inspection report, and any additional required information upon request.
