General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern both “off-the-shelf” and custom designed and/or engineered and/or manufactured TEAM TECHNOLOGIES products. Any terms and conditions presented to you that contradict the terms and conditions stated here are void. TEAM TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by written notice.

Product Modification or Discontinuance
TEAM TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify or discontinue off-the-shelf products without notice prior to confirming your order. If we need to modify or discontinue a product after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Warranties and Disclaimers
TEAM may use models and/or samples to illustrate the general type and quality of product you are ordering. However, the actual product you order and receive may not conform to any model or sample you have seen.

TEAM warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Defective items must be shipped back or offered to TEAM for inspection and examination. Upon examination, TEAM, at its sole option, will:

• refund the purchase price or
• repair at no charge or
• replace at no charge

Any product found to be defective: This warranty does not apply to any defects resulting from your actions including but not limited to improper installation, improper interfacing, improper repair, unauthorized modification, misapplication and mishandling, such as exposure to excessive current, heat, coldness, moisture, vibration or outdoors air. Components designed to wear are not warranted.

TEAM offers suggestions on product use and suitability when asked. Understand they are only suggestions; it is your responsibility to ascertain the fitness of a product for your intended use. TEAM cannot be held responsible for any damages that may result from the use of a product even when we have provided suggestions.
 
Other than as stated in these general terms and conditions, products and/or samples are provided with no other warranties. In no event shall TEAM or its affiliated entities be liable for damages for any matter arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the products.

Export Control Laws
Many TEAM products are subject to the export laws and regulations of the United States and other countries. Any diversion or re-export contrary to, or any violation of, applicable export control laws and regulations is prohibited.
